Job Description

- Understand and expand the present business operation of the Company
- Implement best / innovative sales & marketing practices
- Ensure an optimum product mix in sales volume to achieve expected profitability levels
- Meet both top line & bottom line budget
- Keep abreast of latest and detailed market information through analysis, research and feedback mechanism
- Ensure client retention and improve revenue for the company with new business and cross sell opportunities
- Work directly with both customers and through channel to achieve profitable growth
- Service existing corporate clients & new business development
- Understand the Insurance needs of the Client and prepare the proposals accordingly
- Represent the Company to the Corporate Clients to procure the business
- Renewal business from existing clients
- Identification & implementation of Customers Satisfaction Initiatives
- Provide advisory services relating to Insurance & analyse their risk
