Job Description

Roles and responsibilities 

Key Accountability-

1. Role require managing service & operations
2. Apt knowledge of preparing MIS, customization of data and reporting
3. Strong hold on customer service activities with detailed knowledge on the processes like issuance, claim settlement & escalation handling
4. A product expert who can face client, provide servicing and understand customers requirements
5. Should be comfortable in using internal portals and work with IT team for smooth functioning of web portals
6. Good in coordination with multiple teams for resolving queries raised by partner organizations
7. Candidate to be dedicated in follow-up and completing the task within TAT
8. Need to have a great command over written and verbal communication
9. Experience in managing customer relations would be preferred
10. Should be focused to meet the deadlines and achieve desired results.
11. Profile would also require travelling across states for partner/client meetings

Competencies (Knowledge & Skills) :

Good command over both Written and Verbal Communication, Customer Service Aptitude, Relationship Management Skills, Product Knowledge & Excel skills.
