- Responsible for trainings to sales for the agency, tied agencies.
- Responsible for Internal & External training & development division by monitoring competency grids and identifying training needs for skill / competency up-gradation
- Coordinating with the stakeholders to understand their training requirements & provide the necessary training through his team members based out of the regions
- Preparing new sales representatives by conducting orientation to sales process, developing individual coaching plans; providing resources and assistance, scheduling orientation drive-along with senior representatives
- Planning and conducting various sales training for the sales team to ensure that entire team is on the same page for pitches in different locations
- Conducting Skill, Knowledge & compliance based training programs for the Channel partner and internal team at regular intervals
- Developing and managing certification processes, Implementing evaluation process online and offline to create a robust feedback and tracking mechanism on product knowledge and skills of all the stakeholders (Business Partners/Sales Team, etc.)
- Training interventions to be executed across partner Locations
- Deliver product, motivational & behavioral sessions for Sales Team.
- Design & Develop customized training programs based on Field Observations and TNA. Devolve content as per sales team requirement.
- Refresher training should be done before the certification & follow up with failed candidates should be completed
- Responsible for assessing training effectiveness with pre and post training audits, and Joint Field Work with the Sales force like Field demonstration & observation
