1) Train the Call Centre Trainer & Consultant Trainer

2) Coordinates with Product & Training & Content team for new product
launches & introduction of call centre scripts, calculators

3) Introducing content, new sales pitches, Call centre compliance
approved scripts basis various campaigns & feedback from Campaign Managers

Business inputs
1) Increasing OJT Logins/ Connects at Contact centers.

2) PIP preparation for Bottom Quartile agents

3) Increase in share of Agents earning Incentives

Product Knowledge refresher

1) Monthly Product Tests- Product Knowledge Test

2) Before & After (M-o-M Comparison)

Audit & Call Quality
1) Bargins to provide online Campaign Feedback acc to training

2) TNA basis Call Quality Report

3) Adherence to Statutory Guidelines
