Job Description

STRATEGIC
Build and execute a model to create a connect with the customer. This would require applying skilled segmentation strategy and then creating tailor made but relevant customer communication to build a two way interaction between the customer and the Company.
FINANCIAL
Assist customers in purchase, payments and reinstatements.
PROCESS
To be Present Across All Possible/ Modern Modes of Service Delivery Platforms - Self Service/ Click To Call/ E Service/ Blog Management
Deploy statutory/regulatory customer communication campaigns within Compliance norms and IRDA guidelines.
Participate in various online & voice customer engagement programs
CUSTOMER
Ability to engage with the customers and provide satisfactory resolution/delight experience.
PEOPLE
Ability to work in team for achieving and exceeding individual and team targets.
