  • Handle team
  • Responsible for Target Achievement of Branch with good margins consistently month by month.
  • Responsible for Sales target achievement from CAM and SDM who are based at Bank location.
  • Handling team and responsible for achieve the monthly sales and branch target.
  • Responsible for target achievement for the existing months.
  • Ensuring High Level of Customer Satisfaction Index.
  • Motivate employees, Monitoring their performance & implement correction if required.
  • Identify the training requirement & provide the same in the appraisal sheets.
  • Responsible to organize daily and weekly R&R programmes for the best performers/quality Champs for different process.
  • Periodically review with the client and with the Management for the process improvement & for the new implementation for the betterment of the process & timely Quality delivery.
  • Interfacing with the team members for attending their work related issues and softly resolving them for achieving optimum employee satisfaction levels, minimal absenteeism & labour turnover
  • Taking escalated calls if it is required
  • Preparing APR for team & making plan of action for defaulters.

Personal competencies:
Experience in Bancassurance, Channel sales, Banca sales 
Experience of handling team
