Specific Responsibilities

Co-ordinates with all key stakeholders including IT, Credit, Risk, Legal, Operations, Compliance, etc. in execution of new projects

Weekly concurrent & Technical Audit - Closure of Queries

Regular MIS & Reporting of Sales & Collections

Prepare Presentation for Business Review & Steering Committee

Manage & maintain existing business relationship and drive Sales Numbers

New Institute empanelment through Fintech or directly, Support Credit Team to resolve case queries, Support in Closure of open audit points and process enhancement, Tracking Collections and support the partner in resolving queries related to IT/API Integrations

Assist in end to end digitalization of projects and new partnerships

Design framework and process flows critical for digital ecosystem along with necessary stakeholders

Key Performance Indicators:

Contribution in building a Seamless Digital Integration Framework for Partners

Business volumes as per budget to be generated from existing partnerships

Support extended in query resolution of partners and setting up new partnerships for Digital Business

Timely Reporting
