Job Description

1. Recruitment and development of team of Unit/ Development/Agency managers
2. Recruitment and development of future sales prospects (FOS future advisors) through assigned team
3. Handholding team of front line managers and advisors for long term and successful career
4. Lead generation activities to support assigned team to deliver quality & profitable growth by doing need base selling
5. Joint field work support to assigned team and advisors
6. Identify new revenue generation opportunities and maximize market share
7. Conducting learning and development sessions for team in regular intervals
8. Help, support and guide team members in achieving their monthly/quarterly/yearly I-contribute targets
9. Aligning team members to people and business objectives of the Company.
