Job Description

Role & Responsibility:
Combined ration analytics: Analyze combine ration of retail business on monthly basis to identify the reasons for any deviations & suggest corrective action.
Retail Portfolio analytics: Analyze the current retail portfolio to identify and maintain the most profitable product mix.
Cost optimization: 
Direct cost: Analyze and track the direct cost of a product and suggest the corrective actions to reduce the direct cost.
Indirect Cost: Analyze & track the indirect cost of retail business product on the basis of actual & allocated cost & suggest corrective action to reduce indirect cost & increase productivity.
Indirect cost allocation logic: Derive indirect cost allocation logic with coordination with accounts & finance team.
Annual retail budget:
Coordinate with finance, underwriting and sales team to design a comprehensive budget.
Variance analysis: 
conduct variance analysis on monthly basis to identify the deviation in parameters such, loss ratio, COR, COA, indirect cost from their budgeted values.
Product development:
conduct regular need gap analysis and market research studies to enhance the product offerings of the company.
New initiatives: identify, design & implement new initiatives relating to enhancing existing process, knowledge repository and customer satisfaction.
