Opening for Agency Sales Manager(BM / AM) - Mumbai.
We are looking for young & dynamic professional who can lead & develop a team of frontline sales.
Job Description:
  1. Recruitment & development of team of Unit / Development / Agency Manager.
  2. Recruitment & development for future sales prospects (FOS - future advisor) through assigned team.
  3. Lead generation activities to support assigned team to deliver quality & profitable by doing need base selling.
  4. Joint field work support to assigned team & advisor.
  5. Identify new revenue generation opportunities & maximum market shares.
  6. Conducting learning & development sessions for team in regular intervals.
  7. Help, support & guide team Member in achieving their monthly / quarterly & yearly I - contribute targets.
  8. Aligning team Member to people & business objectives of the company.
