Handle a team of 25-30 IRDA certified Phone Banking Officers of ICICI Bank who are engaged in Digital business outreach through ICICI Bank Phone Banking.
Engage Bank supervisors for effective floor management.
Work with the Bank stakeholders to increase business productivity of officers
Assess the training need of the officer and impart the same
Provide feedback to the assigned officers and monitor their improvement
Execute the business plan assigned by Channel head
