Job Purpose
Purpose of this job is to be own and be accountable for digital service domain and ensure to provide a simple, convenient and seamless customer experience at all life cycle stages to customers minimising dependency on conventional service avenues

role and responsibility:
Responsible for development, testing and implementation of digital service projects
Ensure Time to time upgrades to digital assent in line with changing environment
Maintenance of digital service avenues for up-time and accuracy
Drive promotional campaigns to promote business metrics like persistency collections and to drive usage and adoption of digital assets
Participate in governance with team and leadership reporting and performance monitoring
