Job description:
The role is responsible to cater to the various functional activities as under :

Calculation, accounting & Payout of sales Commission, Incentive and Contest results & managing Third Party Distribution (TPD) with a help of experienced team member is core of this role. Role holder is responsible to know the impact of IRDA guidelines on payouts to distributors & vendors, new & existing laws like GST, Income Tax, FATCA on distributor/agent/vendor payouts. Further Benchmarking, Commission payout policies against the competitors & implementing the best practices and End to end automation of distributor payouts. Role holder is also required to work on implementation of various projects/automation activities which brings efficiency and streamlining process within the General accounts function.

Understanding the multiple and complex business models and dynamic business conditions in sales and distributions, anticipating expectations of the different channel partners and the strong TPD sales teams in order to effectively handle the queries

The constant evolution in the business environment resulting in changes in designs and IRDA guidelines has become the norm of the day. Thus, aligning team to adapt to these changes providing answers to the probable queries of field force

Anticipating expectations of channel partners and the sales teams and providing customised solutions to them at very short notice under strict deadlines and Handling Sales behaviour effectively in order to ensure compliance to internal and external guidelines.

To ensure continuous self up-gradation about Products and knowledge of related processes, so as to provide adequate training to team members.
Overall responsibility of accurate calculation, accounting & Payout of commission by putting necessary controls & checks
Ensuring all regulatory requirement as regards to payments to distributors are complied with
Contribute on various projects/process improvement initiatives within the GA function
