Job Description

Execute the digital initiatives for the company and responsible for Digital, Loan Origination innovation as a strategic differentiator to gain leadership position in chosen markets. She/he is expected to play an instrumental role in scaling up and transforming the organization to achieve business goals and operational excellence.

Specific Responsibilities

  1. Process and Technology standardization
  1. Techno-Functional Knowledge of Lending Business in NBFC in Loan Origination. (LOS)
  1. Deliver a suitably differentiated customer experience in line with the brand promise across all channels of interaction
  1. Budget Monitoring, Change management, Release Management to be controlled
  1. Implementation Core Lending Project is a must
  1. Process and organisational changes to deliver a seamless and desired customer experience for all digital products and all transactions interactions
  1. Continuously track digital innovations in the relevant space and work out suitable strategies to bring on board suitable innovations organically or inorganically as suitable
  1. Preparation of Test Plans and business requirement Document (BRD)
  1. Manage quality and quantity of employee productivity & define & manage quality & productivity enhancement measures
  1. Project Management Skills and Delivering End to End Project with complete ownership
  1. Vendor/Partner Management.

  1. Monitor operational performance and ensure quality of service delivery

Technical Competencies /

Skills

Functional Knowledge of Loan Origination System

Technical Understanding of the LOS Platform

Having progressive leadership experience with a suitable mix of business and technology.

Prior experience of managing digital transformation for effective and efficient outcomes

Personal Attributes

Ability to work Independently

Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with team members and senior staff of the organization.

Ability to equilibrate priorities and organize work effectively to meet deadlines.

Good Communication Skills
