Job Description

Key account management To achieve the organizational goals and meeting budgetary objectives on revenue, cost and profitability through the identified lines of business. Ensuring achievement of business objectives and building the partnership by identifying different areas of business and scaling up business through HO and regional interventions. Ensure effective stakeholder expectation management - Internal / Partner/ Customer

Duties & Responsibilities:
Driving profitability, quality parameters , departmental initiatives & Key Projects
'- Driving key parameter like- FLS activation, Kendra activation, Business loss, Persistency, Product mix, FLS productivity, TAT for issuance
- Enabling partner level & internal dashboards on the above parameter
- Planning & execution of trainings for partner
- Manage LMS & provide enablers for lead generation drives
- Enabling partner & sales team with renewal due data, SI reject data, SI failure data on weekly / bi-monthly basis
- Handling tech integrations for the channel

Business Planning & Process management :
-Handling MoM binder changes & target setting exercise for sales team
-MoM updation of L1 Budget file for generation of FLS position codes
- Working on cost budgeting, manning & revenue planning exercise
- Handling IRDA commission payouts to partner
- SMP management
- RTO management for all channels
- KYC reporting to partner as per regulatory requirement
- Ensure adequate branding for the channel & handling of all marketing requirement
- Responsible for IRDA filing of marketing collaterals
-TEBT & Life Asia Management -- Managing LG- LF & LG- SP/POS agent mapping in system

Driving New business
'- Driving business nos within partner & sales team
- Governance meets with channel partners central team
- Pendency management
- Ensure policy conversion within 10 days as per regulation of POS product
- Roll out of campaigns for sales team

'- Partner visits to check & ensure smooth functioning of systems
- Visits & interaction with operations team of the partner
- Coordination with vendors for procurement of rewards
'- Ensuring all required data dumps are developed by BI team & available on SFTP path
- Devising dashboards as required by the channel & publishing the same( VLE visit, SMP, VLE activation, FLS activation, issuance TAT, business loss, product mix, modal mix)
- Monthly mailer (business update) preparation for the channel partner
- MBR deck preparation
