Job Description

Call center Annually & Monthly Top line management and planned Target accomplishment .
Develop effective call center review mechanism which help in overall tracking of center performance.
Develop objectives for the call centers Monthly & day-to-day activities.
Collect and analyze call-center statistics ((sales, costs, Conversion, Dial outs etc.)
Call center employee engagement and motivation purpose regular Incentive, Contest & RnR planning.
Hire, coach and provide training to personnel to maintain high business standards.
Monitor and improve ordering, telephone handling , Talk time and other procedures
Evaluate performance with key metrics (SPD,APE, conversion, Target Vs Achievement etc.)
MIS management which help in regular Business decision making.
Oversee system maintenance and upgrade implementation. Call for repairs and troubleshooting as needed.
