We have a opening for Call Center Operations with leading Insurance industry.

  • Call center Annually & Monthly Top line management and planned Target accomplishment .
  • Develop effective call center review mechanism which help in overall tracking of center performance.
  • Develop objectives for the call center's Monthly & day-to-day activities.
  • Collect and analyze call-center statistics ((sales, costs, Conversion, Dial outs etc.)
  • Call center employee engagement and motivation purpose regular Incentive, Contest & RnR planning.
  • Hire, coach and provide training to personnel to maintain high business standards.
  • Monitor and improve ordering, telephone handling , Talk time and other procedures
  • Evaluate performance with key metrics (SPD,APE, conversion, Target Vs Achievement etc.)
  • MIS management which help in regular Business decision making.
  • Oversee system maintenance and upgrade implementation. Call for repairs and troubleshooting as needed.
