1) Actively close loop in all stages of Sales life cycle leading to Customer Acquisition
2) Actively engage in various channels for continuously generating Business leads
a. Filtering databases for Segmented focus / cold calling and Campaign driven outbound Cold calling
b. Work with Sales and Marketing team to identify, organize, participate in networking events, forums and seminars
c. Work with Sales and Marketing team toward generating Web leads via LinkedIn, Google Alerts etc
d. Build a sound understanding of competitors, generating leads from end customers of competitors
3) Assist Sales and Marketing to prepare and maintain sales collateral (brochures, white papers, presentations, case studies etc)
4) Interact with all stake holders for Business Proposal development, Facilitate Client visits to Delivery Centre
5) Self-Driven, Strong Communication skills, Selling Skills, Effective Presentation & MS Office Skills.
6) Pleasant Personality & Ability to engage well with CxO level clients.
7) Language Preference: English & any other languages

Preference for candidates from BPO and BFSI industry, having sound knowledge of domestic market or to those well networked with CFOs (from their current/previous assignments).
Candidates who have experience in B2B Business Development, CxO level meetings.
