We are looking for immediate joiner. 

STRATEGIC
To create and execute a culture of learning in the organization.
Serve as a subject matter expert by architecting and implementing learning initiatives at every level of the organization.

FINANCIAL
Execute training plan as per the budget

PROCESS
Develop and execute training plan / calendar.
Maintain Training MIS, Budget and feedback analysis of all learning initiatives.
Be an internal trainer / facilitator for select programs.

CUSTOMER
Collaborate with functional heads, key stakeholders and employees to identify training needs relevant to the organizations strategic imperative.

PEOPLE
Lead employee engagement & relation initiatives.

KEY CRITICAL COMPETENCIES
1. Customize training content and design according to a heterogeneous and versatile audience.
2. Influence internal customers to participate and gain value from the learning & development agenda of the organization.

PROFILE
Educational Qualification: Post Graduate in Management from Tier I and Tier II business schools (batch of 2012-2015)
Work Experience: 2-3 years in learning & development, employee engagement, talent management.
