Roles and responsibilities 

Job Profile :

Complete outbound Call Centre Management
1) Productivity and regular follow ups for performance improvement and YOY growth
2) Follow ups with IT and various stakeholders for calling requirements
Vendor and Audit Management
1) Complete ownership of audit handling
2) Manage internal & external audits Process audit and IT audit
Project Management
1) Follow ups with IT team for enhancement
2) Timely follow ups and closure of projects

Educational Qualification :

- Graduate/ Post Graduate
Competencies (Knowledge & Skills) :
Analytical skills with Good knowledge of excel and data handling skills.
Experience in Call Centre Management
Target oriented and team management skills
