Job Description

  • Daily Planning for PIVC clearance like ensuring data allocation to contact centre, agents deployed.
  • Interact with the Contact centre Spoc for ensuring call quality and script adherence.
  • Highlight process gaps and ensuring closure Creation of scorecards and correct MIS for various stakeholders
  • Attempt to reduce the business rejects through continuous feedback to the vendor and sales
  • Monthly review with Contact centre spoc for ensuring adherence of PIVC processes
  • .Co-ordinate with Spocs for dispute pending cases
  • Interact with all stakeholders to make PIVC a success
  • Resolution of queries and requests, escalations via phone calls and email
  • Carry out tests and audits of identified samples for quality of business based on the framework defined
  • Provide data inputs for PPTs & prepare ppt for Insta & PIVC process as and when required
  • Daily recon of PIVC cases and highlight the Issue to IT/concerned stakeholders by raising IT tickets and follow up for closure.
  • UAT of new projects and support in closure
