Job Description

Recruit sales personnel that meet the agreed criteria, ensure sales and product training to all new recruits in addition to continuous development of staff and field force.

Responsible for execution of the business plan for the AR Connect business in the location.

Responsible for providing robust market information on competitive product offerings and inputs on product development.

Drive channel support and promotional activities for each customer segment

Ensure sales technology is used across sales processes.

Drive Career plans for sales force as part of the framework to enhance retention and improve productivity.

Ability to work harmoniously with related interfaces within the organization.


Responsible to generate business from the AR Connect business


Execute customer relationship practices to be handled through branch staff.

Responsible for ensuring achievement of target for acquisition of new retail customers from agreed segments and relationship based approach for managing existing customers for generating cross sell/upsell opportunities.
