Job Description

  1. Handling teams of agency managers, channel partners and achieving business and portfolio target through team.
  2. Goal setting and performance review of agency managers and channel partners to drive business number.
  3. New product launch and product training for direct sales team and distribution channel.
  4. Close co-ordination with the branch sales team towards business achievement, portfolio management, channel development initiatives in order to achieve organization objective.
  5. Publish the Licensing report on biweekly basis and driving the same pan EM .
  6. Publish the Agent Activation report on biweekly basis and driving the same pan EM
  7. Driving receivables on daily basis.
  8. Driving renewals on daily basis.
  9. Interacting with internal teams in corporate office and to resolve the issues faced by sales team
  10. Agent activations
  11. Sales MIS
  12. Process improvement
  13. Product portfolio
  14. Handling agents's R&R programmes
