- Handling teams of agency managers, channel partners and achieving business and portfolio target through team.
- Goal setting and performance review of agency managers and channel partners to drive business number.
- New product launch and product training for direct sales team and distribution channel.
- Close co-ordination with the branch sales team towards business achievement, portfolio management, channel development initiatives in order to achieve organization objective.
- Publish the Licensing report on biweekly basis and driving the same pan EM .
- Publish the Agent Activation report on biweekly basis and driving the same pan EM
- Driving receivables on daily basis.
- Driving renewals on daily basis.
- Interacting with internal teams in corporate office and to resolve the issues faced by sales team
