Vendor management

I helpline - Management

Expense Management related with administration

Issuance of PO's in Reachwell ( software)

Arrangement of stationery/Paper//Visiting cards as per branch requirement

  • Billing
  • Periodic No Dues from vendors
  • Preventative Maintenance of office equipment
  • Ensuring clean and Hygienic offices
  • Repair and Maintenance of office equipment's and branch premises
  • FMS Management
  • Housekeeping/ Security Management
  • Liaise with the local bodies & government agencies and statutory
  • authorities including Municipal Corporations/ Development Authority for various documentations and other legal and commercial matters
  • Infra
    • Shortlist of properties for lease
    • Finalizing of properties with Sales
    • Fit outs of Branch as per approved layout and within approved
    • budget with the help of infra vendor
    • F& F of closed locations with owners
    • Settlement of Infra vendor bills
