The role will be responsible for managing application support for a portfolio of applications in the Insurance set up. It is a team handling role. This position is the single point of contact for identified system(s) and assumes overall responsibility and ownership of all assigned Systems - managing both the execution of various projects on the system and availability of the system on an ongoing basis.
Manage and supervise execution of all projects within timelines to support business needs.
Manage Stakeholder expectations and relationship with IBM Hierarchy.
