Designation: Zonal Sales Development Manager
Purpose of the Role:
Responsible for sales planning and analytics at a zonal level with training and development of frontline salespeople .
Manage the BDF budget effectively to ensure its within the budgeted % to CS
OTIF planning & roll-out of monthly FAP & RSF & NPD
Develop & execute Special scheme within budget
Prepare annual targets for customers.
Ensure daily, weekly, monthly sales reporting as per standards & protocols
Claim tracker - maintenance and clearance as per SOP
Bandhan and CSCS records and analysis
Sales KPIs dashboard - sales (incl. returns), inventory, CNF & NPD performance
Prepare focus market planning in detail with monthly analysis
Drive sales through alternate channels (eg. school project)
Drive other zonal sales projects
Meeting Bandhan & CSCS KPIs
Planning of monthly Bandhan tactical input
OTIF Execution of Bandhan & CSCS enrollment
Providing On the Job (OTJ) Training to his reportees and SOs
Create growth path for this team within the organisation & keep them motivated
