Managing the sales development/rewards and recognition portfolio for the D2C line of business
Rewards and Recognition
Would be the responsible for managing the R&R related creative work and coordination with the creative teams- internal and/ or outsourced
Would be responsible for conceptualization of reward programmes/ contests/ recognition platforms/ loyalty programmes
Would be responsible for managing fulfillment portfolio- hiring/ empanelment and coordination of vendors for printing, sourcing of various reward related material-certificates/ trophies/ prizes/ plaques/ badges, etc;
Would be managing sales conventions for D2C sales teams.
Would be managing the overall domestic and international convention management which will include vendor management for travel, destination management, events, etc.
Would be involved in managing sales technology projects
Would be managing special projects to help and support sales efficiencies.
